What kind of products do you sell?

Will a solar panel charge my phone during a blackout?
Yes. Our portable solar panels and solar power banks charge phones and small USB devices from sunlight. Charging is slower on cloudy days, so it's worth keeping power banks topped up before you need them. Check each product's listing for its output and the devices it suits.
Can a water filter make creek or tank water safe to drink?
Our filters are designed to remove bacteria, sediment and many contaminants from fresh water sources such as creeks, rivers, rainwater and tanks. Always follow the instructions that come with your filter, replace cartridges when recommended, and never use them on salt water. Check each listing for what that filter removes.
What should I have in a basic kit?
The Red Cross and emergency services suggest having water, food, a torch, a battery or hand-crank radio, a first aid kit, medications, important documents and spare phone power ready to go. Our survival kits, emergency radios and solar chargers cover many of these.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $50 ship free within Australia. Under $50, standard shipping is a flat fee shown at checkout, and express is also available.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by product and location, and the estimate is shown at checkout. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you deliver to remote and rural areas?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide, including rural and remote addresses. Delivery to remote areas can take a little longer.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Some products ship from different partner warehouses. Each parcel has its own tracking.
How does Buy 2, Save 15% work?
Add any two or more items to your cart and 15% comes off automatically at checkout. No code needed.
Can I use a discount code as well?
Only one product discount applies per order. Checkout will apply the best one available to you.
Can I return something?
Yes. Most unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for change of mind. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship to selected countries. Rates are shown at checkout, and any import duties are the customer's responsibility.
